"Namarrkon Rides the Storm Clouds" continues a body of work inspired by Australian Aboriginal art and music. This series began in 2003 with works presenting for the Trip 2000 exhibit, and continued with works created for the Spirit of Yingarna exhibit in 2007 at the Jammin' Tree didgeridoo festival. This most recent work celebrates the final year of the festival, and the artists and musicians who made it possible. |
