This collection of animal prints was originally printed in Richard Lydekker's Royal Natural History, published in 1894. These early reprints are from the Library of Natural History, a six volume set from Sallfield Publishing, printed in 1901. Images are by several artists, mostly by P. J. Smit, W. Kuhnert, and others. All are chromolithographs and are 5.25 x 8 inches plus margins. Titles are printed below the image area on the print margin. All prints are in good condition with no tears, stains, or other damage. |
