           David Ashcraft states, “The creation of art is a form of active medition and the making clear or known of what is inside of me. Each work of art becomes an emotional or spiritual fotprint of where I have been, where I am at, or where I am going. For me it is about freedom, the freedom to feel and to create just what I feel, to dream dreams and dare anything. To make mistakes, break rules, live, love, and heal.

          Mary Jane Brewster’s artwork has always been her number one purpose in life. “There have been times when I have gone dry, but I always yearned to paint again.  Now there is nothing in the way. I am in good health and I intend to paint till I dry up or drop!”  Her works include a very successful series of Mexican paintings. Her latest work is a series of paintings of woman and children, focusing on the expressiveness and emotional intent of faces and the human form. Her paintings are a reflection of the fundamental spirit of the human soul.

           Lisa Walsh grew up in the San Joaquin Valley.  Her work reflects the love of nature with a slant towards the abstract.  Most pieces involve blending transparent and opaque sheet glass with frit - crushed glass in sizes from powder to small chunks.  At times glass enamel paints and inclusions - thin metal sheets and organic matter are added. For Lisa there is an amazing feeling when it all comes together, like nothing else ever experienced.  “If another person can find pleasure in something I've made it brings me great joy to know I'm sharing the wonder of glass.”
