Funky carved Mexican obsidian figurine with pointed headdress!  Black obsidian with a slight golden sheen at some angles.  This fearsome fellow is influenced by Mescala style Pre-Columbian figures.  Similar figures are sold at tourist sites throughout Mexico, like the ruins of Teotihuacan outside Mexico City.  This figure is a gift shop item from Skipper Kent's restaurant in Kona Hawaii.

Collected in Mexico in 1965
