Green jade

 double phoenix bottle

 with bird cap.

Antique hand-carved Chinese green jade vessel in the form of two phoenix wrapped around a temple jar.  Four delicate legs terminated in a rounded base.  Wooden stand attached for extra stability.  Relief carving of wings on both sides. Bird cap. Lovely dark green jade with brown and golden matrix.  Probably a perfume or oil bottle.

Good condition.  Tips of wings on bird cap are chipped. No other damage.
