 Intricately carved 19th century ivory okimono depicting a warrior dressed in complex regalia carrying a flag.  Clothing includes a detailed headdress with dangling tassles, multi-layered coat with shoulder pads and shishi lion front piece, scale armored skirt, and sword in decorative scabbard.

Good Condition. One age crack through Shishi at waist, and another through hand holding banner.

Pale, translucent patina.
