This "Miracle" brand orange label is one of my favorites. The illustration of a turbaned genie proudly holding a tray of Miracle oranges is exquisitely rendered, and the expert use of color makes the scene warm and inviting.  Although it is clearly graphic, with a  posterized style that breaks the image into distinct areas of color; when viewed closely, a soft half-tone technique becomes apparent, which slightly softens the colors and crisp edges, giving the image a bit of a painterly quality.  The idealized California landscape typifies the reputation of the Central Valley of California as the Bread Basket of the world.  Without words, the ad claims to the viewer " Our oranges are so good it's a miracle!"
