Book is in good overall condition with some shelf wear. Binding is solid. Some brown spotting on end papers. Tan dust jacket in fair condition with small corner tears and moderate wear from age and use.

Includes limited edition black and white book plate  inside front cover ( owner's name -  Cecil Samules ) illustrated by Ernest H Shepard. ( Winnie the Pooh illustrator ) marked number 82 of 500.
