Good overall condition with some wear from age and use. Dust jacket in fair condition with rough edges and wavy surface.  Hard cover in good condition. Unidentified glossy stripe across lower edge of cover below artist's signature.  Minor spotting on some pages.  Illustrations in very good condition. 

Includes plate block of 1961 Frederic Remington 4 cent stamps edge pasted on first page, and 1961 newspaper clipping "Remington Art Find" from the San Francisco Examiner.
